"That's a damnit"

We went to Green River with Grandma and Grandpa Colby. It started off horrible! Highway 6 never really bothers me, well, the stupid people driving there bothers me, but as a whole, I think it is a pretty canyon. Except for Friday night, it was a blizzard. There were cars stopped and so the entire southbound gets stopped about 2 miles before the summit (yes, the same spot we broke down just a few weeks before). It is cold, snowy and the road is icy, we see Grandma and Grandpa's trailers start to fishtail and comment and the next thing you know we are doing the same thing. I am so done with snow and that road.

After a shaky start, we head out the next morning to camp in the San Rafael Swell - not! There is about 8 inches of snow, it is freezing and windy. Back to Green River. We finally put together a fun ride, even if we were sort of lost. Not lost lost, we knew basically where we were, just not sure exactly - the map was of zero help. But we made it back safe and sound. Along the way we stopped at the Crystal Geyser, the only non-geothermal geyser or cano as Orson calls them. It started to bubble and gurgle, but that was all. While we are out, we stop for lunch. We can't get Roxie to go to the bathroom for love or money. Back in the Rhino we go. Pretty soon we hear, "Moddy, Roxie pootd." Sure enough, she has done her business on the back seat again. Yes, I did say again, because it happened the day before. We get cleaned up (gross - thank goodness for baby wipes) and go again. "Moddy, Roxie pootd." AGAIN. Both Garry and I's response is damnit, sorry at this point there isn't much else to say. So from that point on Orson kept saying, "That's a damnit." What else to do but laugh? or cry?

It kind of struck me funny.

That is hilarious! I hope you laughed while you cried! Now I just want to know if Gary was hanging out the side of the rhino while you clean up dog shit???

SO FUNNY! That would tick me off so bad... my Roxie does that when we take walks, given it's not on the seat of a car or rhino, but poops 2-3 times. Why can't they just do it all at once?! Sheesh.
