Heavenly Fathers

Funny how kids get in the habit of doing things. Our nights pretty much involve the same scenario: play outside, dinner, then, as Orson says, "I want to watch the Tee Dee, 5 shows" - as he is showing us his five fingers. OK, for the record we don't let him watch 5 shows, but we do watch one together. I am not sure how much more of Curious George with the Dump Truck or the Donuts and Yellow Hat I can take. In addition to George this week he wants to watch Lewis - it is generally called The Robinsons. After we watch a show, it is into the shower. Once he is in bed we read a book or five, then its his favorite time. "I have to say my Heavenly Fathers!" He then continues to be thankful for everything! It has been fun to watch his progress, now instead of just thankful for people he is associating what he has done with that person, either that day or in general. For example:

Thankful for mom and playing outside.
Thankful for dad and riding the smycle.
Thankful for Cooper and getting the bad guys.
Thankful for Casey and playing on the ship.
Thankful for Colin and getting the ghost.
Thankful for Grandma eating hamburgers.
Thankful for Doug and getting the bee of the ceiling.
Thankful for Carolyn and dinner.
Thankful for my kids playing outside.
Thankful for for Grace....
Thankfuls that last for 15 minutes to avoid going to sleep.

We went to the penny store (credit union) and opened a savings account for him today, now he has his own penny store. Later he got to go to the farm store and see the baby chicks and rabbit. Some more Orsonisms:

We have been busy having fun. We got to go to Sand Hollow and watch the Triathlon, play in the lake, and ride on the dunes. We have also played outside a lot, we love the good weather.
